Established by Dana Chapyak OTR/L and Elizabeth Skinner M.S., CCC/SLP, Therapy Village is a small, dynamic private practice for both children and adults in need of rehabilitative services. Providing a nurturing and comfortable environment for both clients and their families, the staff at Therapy Village, comprised of skilled therapists, are dedicated to continuing education, learning new therapy trends and working closely with different disciplines in order to treat the whole person. This also provides individualized treatment and employs various approaches and strategies to address the needs of each client. Individualized child sessions include occupational, speech, art therapies and nutrition counseling. With state-of-the-art equipment, Therapy Village is able to provide a variety of indirect and direct services including consultation, assessment, evaluation and treatment. Treatment sessions are offered in increments of 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions, and Therapy Village also has contact with specialists and contracts with the Department of Education for pre-school and school-aged children.
