1 c. sour cream

- Melt the white chocolate in the top of a double boiler or in a microwave for ten seconds at a time, until just melted.
- Stir in the sour cream and mix until just combined.
Notes
- Use the frosting immediately. If the frosting becomes too stiff, return it to the double boiler or microwave for a few seconds to soften.
