Heat each marshmallow over an open flame, such as a campfire or barbecue grill, until it begins to brown and melt. Break a graham cracker in half. Sandwich the hot marshmallow and a piece or two of chocolate between the cracker halves. Lightly press down so the hot marshmallow melts the chocolate. Allow to cool at least two minutes before eating.
