PB Chocolate-Banana Shake

This shake is awesome post-workout because it's low in calories and high in protein. It's also super sweet and delicious.

Ingredients

1 8.25-oz. Muscle Milk Light 100 Calorie RTD Chocolate
1 c. of ice
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 banana

Directions

Place ingredients in blender and blend on high.
