Kale, pre-cut (or buy full leaves and cut to bite size)
1-2 Tbs. olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350°. Wash the kale and dry well with a salad spinner or just paper towels. In a big bowl, toss the kale with the olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake for 10-15 minutes on the middle rack of the oven. They should be done once the edges start to brown.
