Ingredients

4 c. sugar
1 Tbs. and 1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. butter, melted
8 eggs
2 c. flour, un-sifted
1½ c. cocoa, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Generously grease an 18”x13” sheet pan (or a cookie sheet with a lip) with butter. In a large bowl, whisk together: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk the sugar and the vanilla by hand. Add the melted butter to the bowl and whisk together. Whisk the eggs into the sugar and butter until fully incorporated. Continue whisking and add in the flour mixture. Combine well by hand. Fold the chocolate chips into the batter. Using a spatula, spread the batter evenly to the edges of the sheet pan and bake for 25 minutes. The brownies should still be soft in the center.
