Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
2½ tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour
3½ c. brown sugar
2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, whisked together
2 c. chocolate chunks

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Generously grease an 18”x13” sheet pan (or a cookie sheet with a lip) with butter. In a large bowl, whisk together: salt, baking powder, and flour. Set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together: brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla. Add the 4 eggs (note the eggs should already be whisked together). Add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture. Fold in the chocolate chunks. Pour into the sheet pan and spread the batter evenly to the edges. Bake for exactly 25 minutes.
