M.A.T.S.S. Kid’s Gym is a children’s center, with a rainbow of programs for children from 7 months-12 years. M.A.T.S.S. has five exciting programs under one roof to fit most families’ needs: Anyone & Me (7 months-3 years), Early Childhood Program (2½-5½ years), Gymnastics (3-5 years) and an Afterschool Program that includes gymnastics, sports, dance, and combination classes. In addition specialty programs like Mad Science, Imagine Tommorrow Computer Classes and Creative Art all offer classes at M.A.T.S.S. BAM Indoor Baseball Training Facility includes classes, private lessons and open batting. The 3-Step Early Childhood Program combines academic curriculum with gymnastics— Toddler Gym (2½-3½ years), Gym/School (3½-4½ years) and Pre-K ( 4½-5½ years). Also new karate and jab programs; call for details. The staff consists of experienced individuals certified in early childhood and elementary education, many of whom have coaching backgrounds in gymnastics. All are CPR and first aid certified. Classes are noncompetitive, individualized and grouped according to age. In addition to directionals and basic tumbling, students learn school preparation skills including listening, concentration and discipline. Special themes enhance activities. Birthdays are M.A.T.S.S.
