Certified Educator Master Michael Kimmel has been training in the martial arts for over 20 years and has a masters in education. Following his philosophy of high effort, hard practice and a never quit attitude, he teaches you that anything you desire in life can be obtained. The Little Dragons program for ages 3-5 develops fine and gross motor skills through drills and games and the concentration of balance, focus, coordination, memory, control, teamwork and fitness. Children ages 6-12 focus more on basic mechanics of kicking and punching, self-defense and form. They work with teens ages 13 and up to increase their self-confidence and self-discipline through their training. For parents they also offer Kickboxing, Hapkido and morning Yoga classes.
