Rainforest Reptiles, Amphibians and Bugs is the latest exciting program presented by Erik’s Reptile Edventures. Loved by children of all ages, this hour-long educational “edventure” teaches children about the reptiles, amphibians and bugs that reside in all varieties of rainforests. Erik, a nature lover with 10 years worth of veterinary and teaching experience, will come to your school, community center or other venue to share his wealth of knowledge with children in grades k-12. Children experience the unique opportunity to see and touch live animals as they learn why such creatures are so important! During each program, children are encouraged to ask questions about the presentation, to which they receive in-depth answers from Erik. He also encourages them to participate in fun activities with underlying scientific skills. Teachers are provided with a list of activities and class work designed to coincide with New York State learning standards for Science and ELA.
