If your children haven’t already experienced the extreme fun at East Coast Sports Academy, then this fall is their chance! Starting in October, this 5,000-square-foot sports facility will be adding four more instructors to its already-extensively experienced staff, including former Red Sox and Long Island Ducks team members, and college players and coaches. In all of East Coast’s programs, teamwork and fair play are emphasized in a safe and fun environment that welcomes beginners and experts. East Coast is equipped with four, 70-foot batting cages featuring pitching machines and mounds and protective screens— a perfect setting for its monthly hitting and pitching clinics. Players of all ages will learn the exciting fundamentals of baseball and the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship. Those ages 8 and older can join East Coast’s indoor hitting league and play on a big indoor field. Also available are dodge ball leagues and holiday and winter clinics. For the tots ages 3-5 in your life, East Coast provides a Little Sluggers program. East Coast also allows you to choose from private, group or teen-level instruction. Walk-ins are always welcome for the batting cages, and East Coast is open afterschool, Monday-Friday from 4-9pm. Encourage your children to get active on the weekends at East Coast, where they can play from 10am-5pm. Got to have the latest sports gear? East Coast’s pro-shop has got you covered there, too. The facility also hosts birthday parties in a private room for little ones ages 4 and older. With so many activities happening at East Coast every day, its a wonder your children aren’t already there!
