At Plaza Child Care, The Learning Tree and Alphabet Academy, building blocks are not just for child’s play! Attractive modern facilities are home to bright, colorfully decorated classrooms featuring art corners, computer centers, creative play areas and other specialized sections. The center’s creative environment is designed to encourage little ones from as young as 2 months through 6 years to explore, discover and enjoy the world around them in a supportive, nurturing atmosphere. Children are divided by age into four customized groups that include “Infants” for 2 - 18 month olds, “Toddlers” for youngsters ages 18 - 30 months, “Pre-Schoolers” from 30 months through 5 years and “4+” for preschoolers who are not eligible for Kindergarten in the fall. Full and half-day programs work to strengthen an assortment of skills and lay the building blocks for a successful future through the use of group and independent activities in an academic curriculum. Limited to 12 children, the Kindergarten class is a full day program for individualized learning.
