Parents who are looking to provide a musical head start and fun learning experience for their newborn to preschool children will want to pay a visit to Music Together of Tri-County. Started nearly a decade ago with a commitment of “teaching young children to sing in time and keep a beat,” Music Together has built itself into one of the hottest early childhood programs in the Metropolitan area! Children are allowed to participate at their own level with no pressure to perform and parents are proud and surprised at how much their child has accomplished by the end of the semester. Parents or caregivers are welcome to join in the circle of students and get involved in these fun-filled 45-minute programs that introduce children to the world of music using singing, dancing, fingerplays and play with instruments and all of the program’s original music is written by Dr. Lili Lebinowitz and Music Together’s founder, Kenneth Guilmartin. In addition to being introduced to music, children learn important social skills such as sharing, taking direction and learning to get along with other children. Parents who want to introduce their little ones to the musical experience of a lifetime can contact Music Together of Tri-County’s Fiona Murray at (973)377-7108, Sandy Smith at (973)451-0222, Gina Brunetti-Zaccaria at (973)743-0594 or Stella Corcoran at (908)684-3698.
