Accredited
by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, Mount
Olive Child Care and Learning Center, Inc. supports the intellectual,
emotional, social and physical growth and development of your child.
Mt. Olive encourages your child to explore and discover, guides and
reinforces your child’s feeling of self-worth. Their balanced
socio-economic environment is positive and nurturing. To ensure your
child’s success in school, Mt. Olive frequently maintains positive
interactions among adults and children, arranges regular communication
with parents, and specially trained teachers conduct small groups, making
for very low teacher/child ratios. Developmentally appropriate activities
help children to learn at their own pace while having fun. Their programs
include an Infant & Toddler program for ages 6 weeks to 3 years.
This program offers a homelike atmosphere and a nutritious morning and
afternoon snack for toddlers. In their Preschool Program for ages 2
- 5 years, children learn through doing as they participate in science,
language, art, math, music and creative movement. The Before and After
School program provides fun and safe recreational activities, academic
tutoring and homework assistance, holiday care and inclement weather
care. In the summer, children ages 2 - 13 years enjoy a recreational
camp that includes special events and daily trips. Mt. Olive also conducts
free health screenings (visual, dental, speech and language), free developmental
screenings, free educational consulting and offers complimentary, round
trip transportation for the Before and After Care Kindergarten Program.
Educational speakers and presentations are organized for parents to
attend throughout the year as well. For more information about Mt. Olive
Child Care and Learning Center, Inc., please call the number above or
