Encourage your children to get their creative juices flowing by taking advantage of some of the great weekly programs and classes offered by the Morris County Art Association. Various fine arts techniques that range from realistic to creative imagination in “Studio Art” (Sat) are available. The basics are taught in the morning (ages 6-10) and the pre-teen class offers a longer, more intensive program. Youth classes during the week are: Fun with Watercolors, Cartooning, Printing Colorful Designs, Drawing Skills and Techniques, and Oil Painting for Teens. To make sure that your kids don’t have all the fun, the MCAA provides a variety of adult classes for beginners to advanced that are also appropriate for the serious teenage artist.
