Middlesex Gymnastics Academy proudly celebrates 30 years of providing Central New Jersey families with outstanding instructional programs. Visitors will discover a state-of-the-art, centrally air-conditioned 20,000 square foot facility that is fully equipped with the most up to date training apparatus, including two floor exercise areas, four trampolines, a 40-foot long tumble trak and in-ground foam pits for tumbling and vaulting. MGA offers highly individualized instruction for beginner through advanced students starting as young as age 2½. Each child will learn skills within his or her own capability, as well as developing self-esteem and a sense of accomplishment after each lesson. MGA’s extensive list of programs for children includes Gymnastics Instruction for girls and boys; Rhythmic Gymnastics; KIDFIT (parent and child ages 14 - 40 months); Tumbling & Trampoline; Youth Climbing and much more! The MGA staff is made up of experienced professionals trained in teaching, spotting and safety techniques. In addition to class programs, MGA is a home to a variety of Team Programs, a Jr. Olympics Awards Program and Birthday Party packages for children as young as age 4. Middlesex Gymnastics Academy is also the only school in New Jersey that has produced state champions in all four USA gymnastics disciplines: Boys Gymnastics, Girls Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics and Trampoline. USAG recently recognized the Academy as the top school in New Jersey for Girls Compulsory Gymnastics.
