Green Meadow Waldorf School is an independent school for children nursery - grade 12, offering an after school program and parent/child classes. Children in the nursery and kindergarten engage in imaginative play. Activities include a healthy balance of indoor and outdoor play, which help to develop the children’s social skills, small and large motor skills, and an appreciation for the world around them. In the lower school and high school, the curriculum is inter-disciplinary by its very nature and enriched by the artistic thread which runs through all classes. Students create their own books, an experience which deepens their understanding of the subject matter. All students participate in music, foreign languages and a variety of rich artistic activities.
