Owned and operated by Karen and Tommy, and licensed by NYS, Sweet Tots is the perfect “home away from home” for your child. And with their new summer program and expanded facility, they have even more to offer. The center is seriously committed to caring for children 6 weeks to 5 years of age. Sweet Tots offers a warm family setting in a preschool environment, and classes are set up by ½ age groups. With a ratio of one adult for every 4-6 children, their highly qualified professional staff assures that each child will receive the care and attention they deserve. Each age-appropriate room is filled with learning activities made fun through play, arts & crafts, story and circle time, music and movement, and computers. Sweet Tots appreciates the physical, cognitive differences of the children and they adapt to each child’s level of readiness. Even the youngest students form friendships and learn the basics such as sharing and getting along. Children are served breakfast, lunch and two snacks, have appropriate nap time and enjoy the indoor play gym, and outdoor play area on the parklike grounds of Sweet Tots. Communication with parents is their number one priority, and parents of Sweet Tots’ children are encouraged to maintain a school-family connection and to build new friendships as well!
