For almost four decades, Superior Ice Rink has been providing the Long Island community with recreational ice skating and hockey activities in a family-oriented, fun and safe environment. It offers public ice skating, birthday parties, hockey leagues, figure skating lessons, learn-to-skate programs, ice hockey and even summer hockey camps. Summer programs include the Pro Ambitions hockey camp, for children and teens ages 7-15, which runs clinics around the United States and Canada; Russian Hockey School, running in full-day sessions for children of all ages and skill levels; and a Jack Greig camp, for those ages 6-15 at all skills levels. All programs at Superior Ice Rink, including camps, are run by experienced professionals. The Superior Ice Rink Skating School is great for skaters of all ages and ability levels. It is held in small group and private sessions. The Recreational Ice Hockey Leagues at Superior Ice Rink give skaters the opportunity to learn basic skills without overemphasizing winning and enjoy themselves during healthy competition.
