Stepping Forward Counseling Center LLC, is dedicated in providing mental health services that help children, young adults and their families improve quality of life. Clients have lives with less chaos. Stepping Forward has more than 10 years of experience providing comprehensive mental health services and innovative holistic treatment strategies that engage clients in individually tailored programs that address mind, body, and spirit. Families and teachers observe permanent positive changes in their clients' behaviors and lifestyles. Their expertise lies in the real life approach in treating young people who are challenged with anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, Bipolar and other emotional and mental disorders. SFCC provides comprehensive integrated treatment programs and educational services that are effective, culturally competent, and client friendly. Social Skills training programs are based in real life settings. Fun after-school programs that are therapeutic and educational include study skills and role-playing. SFCC coordinates with educators to integrate treatment plans. They focus on a preventive health care after care program, e.g. nutrition, stress reduction, and healthy life choices. Stepping Forward's clients participating in this specialized program leave SFCC with a renewed sense of self and a recovery plan devoted to maintaining optimum health while continuing to nurture and allow for growth of the creative self.
