At St. John’s Nursery School Summer Camp, camp is open to any pre-school age child who turns 4 on or before October 1 through graduates of Kindergarten. Campers may choose from 1, 2 or all 3 weeks of camp, starting July 11 - 29. Week 1, “Hawaiian Hula Baloo,” uses a Hawaiian theme to transform the classroom into island resorts, complete with lots of sand and water activities. Campers will also enjoy an indoor carnival. Week 2, “Children’s Favorites,” includes Toy Story, Shrek, Dora and some of your favorite characters. Magicians Steve Woyce will bring some magic and laughter as the special guest. During Week 3, “It’s a Bug’s Life,” participants will observe some bug habitats in the classrooms. Rizzo’s Reptiles, the special guest, will bring in some live “creepy crawlers” as campers learn about their environment, what they eat and how they help us.
