New World Montessori School offers a wholesome educational environment specifically tailored for the needs of young children. Three and four year old children attend school for the half-day session, while the Kindergarteners attend full day. The classroom is fully equipped with Montessori materials that enable the children to discover specific concepts and develop cognitive and fine motor skills. Children are given individualized instruction by trained teachers; thus allowing them to progress at their own pace. The teachers treat each child with dignity and respect and are excellent role models for them. Throughout the day the children are developing social skills as they interact with others. Creative expression is encouraged through a variety of art materials, music and movement. Active play is also important for the children to develop their large motor skills, therefore the children daily have the opportunity to be outside to run and climb on the playground equipment.
