Offering everything from hikes and rafts to arts & crafts, they have anything and everything you could possibly want in a fun-filled summer experience for your children. The Monmouth County Park System offers more than 30 great area parks to explore. Nestled inside these wonderful parks are a wide variety of trails, environmental centers, historic sites, golf courses, gardens, playgrounds, beaches, picnic areas, campgrounds and athletic fields. And if it’s hands-on fun you are looking for, then look no further. Camps for the summer season will include arts & crafts, equestrian, farm life & living history, nature & science, performing arts, sports, odyssey adventures, therapeutic recreation and much, much more! The Monmouth County Park System also provides swim lessons for children; private lessons are available. Registration for Monmouth County camp programs begins March 25th at 12noon.
