M.A.T.S.S. Kids’ Gym provides children ages 7 months through 12 years with “A Rainbow of Programs” all under one roof so they may play, learn, and grow. Offered are Baby, Toddler, and Separation classes (ages 7-30 months), which bridge development to the Early Childcare Education Program (ages 18 months-5 years) called M.A.T.S.S. Gym School. The Gym School/Nursery Program is taught by NYS Certified teachers and embraces current NYS Learning Standards. After-school classes (ages 2-12) include gymnastics, sports, cheerleading, dance, cooking, computer, indoor soccer, music, and theater. Collaborative classes are run onsite by Discovery Kids’ Puterbugs computer instruction, Soccer Shots, L.I. Music for Aardvarks, New Artist Theatre, L.I. Elite Dance Company (Syosset), Russian School (Syosset), JumpBunch Sports & Fitness (Bellmore), and DSD Dance Center (Bellmore). Summer day camp, MADScience summer classes (Syosset), and birthday parties at M.A.T.S.S. offer a year-round outlet for learning, play, and celebration. M.A.T.S.S. has age-appropriate gyms and playgrounds. Its dedicated staff members hold several certifications, including USA Gymnastics, CPR, and First Aid. The Syosset center is a NYS OCFS Certified daycare and infant-care center with early and extended-care hours to support working families.
