At the Karma Kids Yoga Studio, children are encouraged to explore and discover the mind and body in a fun filled way! Karma Kids yoga parties are unique, age appropriate and include fun, creative poses and themes, breathing techniques, yoga games and relaxation time with hand or foot massages. A yoga party with friends is a great way to celebrate your child’s special day. The Basic Package includes one hour of yoga with props and music for up to 10 children (22 kids max), 30 minutes to celebrate in the magical studio with pizza and refreshments. Choose a fun theme for your child’s yoga party: Jungle, Beach Party, Outer Space, Farm, Yoga Games or come up with your own special idea! Other packages include CircusYoga, Butterfly Yoga, Downward Doll Yoga and Yoga Art parties. Older kids can celebrate with a Yoga Spa party, Yoga Mat Painting, Pajama Yoga, Yoga Boot Camp, Yoga and Mandala Decorating, Balancing or Back Bending or just a great yoga workout that includes more challenging poses, such as arm balances and upside down poses, partner and group poses, breathing techniques, yoga games and activities, and relaxation time.
