At the Karma Kids Yoga Studio, children practice fun-filled yoga poses and breathing exercises to promote physical strength and flexibility, inner strength and body awareness, a feeling of well-being and respect for others, relaxation and self control. Using interactive games and animated postures, kids learn about animals, nature and basic anatomy through yoga. The best part? Karma Kids Yoga also incorporates all of this fun into birthday parties! A yoga party with friends is a great way to celebrate your child’s special day. Their Yoga Birthday Package includes one hour of yoga with props and music for up to ten children (22 kids max), 30 minutes to celebrate in the magical studio with pizza and refreshments. Choose a fun theme for your child’s yoga party: Jungle, Circus, Beach Party, Farm or come with your own special idea! Older kids can celebrate with a Yoga Spa, Yoga Mat Painting, Yoga Art, Pajama Yoga or just a great yoga workout that includes challenging poses, breathing techniques, yoga games and relaxation time with hand and foot massages.
