Holmdel Preschool offers a program to suit every need, whether looking for child care to help the working parent, or looking for the best enrichment and education to start your child’s academic career. The program is designed to foster creativity and independence while promoting academic enrichment through a specifically designed curriculum utilizing challenging and stimulating materials and teaching methods. The curriculum is based upon sound principles of child development and recent educational research. Every classroom offers learning centers and instruction in the following content areas: pre-reading, language arts and literacy, math, social studies, science, arts and crafts, dramatic play, story time and library, movement, music and dance, outdoor play and computers. New programs at Holmdel Preschool Center include: a computer tech program offering instruction on computer knowledge and usage while developing cultural awareness with special projects and foreign language; a fun and fully interactive gym and fitness program; science and math instruction using robotics, digital microscopes, graphics and digital cameras. Little Cool Music School is also now part of the formal music instruction offered at Holmdel. It is led by
Bob Messano, a fully certified early childhood music instructor. Holmdel Preschool even offers hands-on science education with an adjunct instructor.
