Established in 1977, The Growing Garden Nursery School is situated in a brightly colored, cheerful and clean environment just steps from Van Saun Park and minutes from Routes 4 and 17. Open year-round from 7am to 6pm, their programs include Nursery, Kindergarten and Summer Camp. Youngsters ages 2½ to 6 years enrolled in The Growing Garden’s Nursery Program enjoy an extremely varied curriculum. Each day, children are rotated between the library, art room, exercise room, free play room and snack room where they participate in age-appropriate games with certified and state licensed teachers.The Growing Garden’s low teacher/student ratio ssures individualized attention in a loving, nurturing environment. They offer large outdoor playgrounds and air conditioned rooms. The Growing Garden has 2,3 and 5 full or half-day programs available as well as extended hours. Kindergarten Program accepts children who have birthdays after October 1st. This is an excellent transitional program for children who do not want to repeat Pre-K. The Growing Garden also offers full day Kindergarten for towns who only have 1/2 day available. A complete brochure is available and parents are welcome to visit the facility. In addition.
