Once Upon a Time
To commemorate the recent collaboration between Disney and the Lilly Diabetes Foundation, as well as to spark a national dialogue about diabetes, Disney is proud to present the Once Upon a Time Contest. Parents are encouraged to submit an original work inspired by their child’s experience with type 1 diabetes. The best entry will be featured on Disney Family.com’s type 1 diabetes website, and the winning family will have the opportunity to attend the 2012 “Children with Diabetes Conference” in Orlando, FLA. Dream Big is the theme when the Big Apple Circus sets up its famous big top for a 34th Spectacular season!
