N.Y. Learning Zone is now holding Mommy and Me language classes: “where moms can learn right along with their toddlers.” Embrace conversational English, Spanish and Italian as you and your toddler enjoy “interactive fun with a purpose” in this 12-week program. Enjoy the learning experience in a fun-filled environment. Children are completely engaged and exposed to basic conversational skills. They reinforce their language skills through several age-appropriate and stimulating activities such as singing, movement, hands-on explorations and crafts. Children who learn a second language tend to be creative thinkers and problem solvers. In addition, they foster a deeper understanding of other cultures and are able to communicate more effectively with others. N.Y. Learning Zone’s classes are taught by highly accredited N.Y.S. certified teachers. Classes meet once a week for 45 minutes and include a maximum of ten students per class. Sibling discounts are available, and those enrolled also receive a special pass for participation in any open play session at a discounted rate. Upon the conclusion of the class, parents and children attend an exciting celebration at N. Y. Party Zone, where all classes are held. Call to register or for more information.
