Children may experience Whole Brain Games classes with instructor Emily Eisen, M. Ed., director of Brainworks Plus. Eisen is a New York State Licensed art teacher and a Licensed Educational Kinesiologist/Brain Gym® Instructor. She works with school districts, organizations, families, children, adults, seniors and businesses to help individuals and groups enhance and enrich quality of life with greater brain power, creativity, balance, energy and confidence. Whole Brain Games improves physical, emotional and mental well-being as well as memory, reading and communication skills, comprehension, coordination, stress management and focus. Four-class sessions encourage children to exercise, sing, act, move, be artistic, learn about their brains, meet new friends and have a great time. Smart Art activities are a favorite feature that children love! Children are instructed to wear comfortable clothes and sneakers and bring a bottle of water and a mat.
