Head Coach Jeff Brandes believes, because
tennis is a microcosm of life, it is extremely important for
juniors to be on a path of excellence— not mediocrity.
Even though only a fraction of all students will be pros,
treating all of them as if they can be will help each of them.
The diligence, dedication and focus necessary to achieve success
on the court can be transferred to any other task or activity,
thereby providing students with skills for a lifetime. Jeff’s
focus is to create an environment where individuals can acquire
the techniques and knowledge to rise to whatever level they
desire. The summer camp is guided by Drew University Head
Coach Jeff Brandes and is held at the Summit Tennis Club.
One thing that sets this camp apart is that it teaches an
advanced foundation, instead of only providing students with
rudimentary strokes, which break down at even low ability
levels. This can be quite frustrating, and is often the reason
why tennis is a stagnant sport with no growth in the past
30 years. To truly reach your potential this summer, call
