Let your preschooler or toddler play, learn and grow this summer on the outskirts of Central or Riverside Parks. Situated in the school’s stimulating Montessori learning community, Twin Parks Summer Camp builds on the educational and extracurricular experiences of campers ages 18 months to 5 years. Offering two separate sessions, June 30-July 25 and July 28-August 22, the camp allots one week during each session for music and drama, art, sports, and movement and dance. While activities for the toddler and preschool participants are structured around camp themes, campers are also free to explore the prepared environment. Parents can rest assured that their children are well-supervised and engaged during both independent and group activities, because in addition to maintaining a staff that is dedicated to fostering children’s social, physical, emotional and cognitive needs, Twin Parks Schools are accredited by the American Montessori Society, The Middle States Commission on Elementary Education and the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Twin Parks Montessori Schools are also affiliate schools of Columbia University and members of the New York Association of Independent Schools and the Parents League.
