Falling for Fall?

I know most people love the fall. For me, autumn always reminds me of the coldness of the floor when you step out of bed, not enough sunshine and the dreaded uncertainty of not knowing how to dress in the morning because one minute it feels cold and the next warm. However, I am not quite sure why but this year I am finding the fall exhilarating. Pumpkin picking, apple picking, the cool breeze and the smell in the air has actually begun to grow on me. I am finding a wonderful appreciation for this season. The kids are having a great time on our weekend outings, and nothing gives me more pleasure than seeing the smiles on their faces. Summer will be here before I know it. But for now, bring on the apple pie.
