Parent's Voice on Autism

Christy Reinhardt lives in Dutchess County, New York, with her husband and two sons. Since her son Crew was diagnosed with autism as a toddler, Reinhardt has been learning all there is to know about life on the autistic spectrum. Along the way, she created Crew's Voice, an organization to help other parents raise children with special needs.

Dear Santa Claus,

I hope Christmas will be great this year. This year might be hard because of Leo and Max (our new cats). The #1 thing I want for Christmas is for Crew to not have autism. You might not be able to do this, but I will always try asking. The other items that I want for Christmas are...

  • Lego Rock Band
  • Snowboarding gear and board
  • Thunder Ridge ski pass
  • A CELLPHONE
  • Lego bucket
  • Wii nunchuk and game
  • Any clothes

I hope you can give me these items. But most of all, try to do the #1 gift.
