with a hilarious magic routine, heavy on audience participation.

players in a skit— dressed in balloon costumes that
Silly Billy makes right there! The birthday child gets to
choose from 15 stories including, Cinderella, The Three Little
Pigs and even “The Circus.” Weaving spontaneous
comedy into his vast repertoire, Silly Billy keeps kids of
all ages and adults in stitches. Silly Billy doesn’t
wear makeup but the kids know he’s a funny clown. His
