Sewing Workshop: Sew a Pant or Skirt

Have you ever wanted to try designing your own clothes? Join us for a one-day sewing workshop with Rashidah Nelson from Brick City Stitch. Get inspiration in our temporary exhibition, The Story of Newark Fashion: Atelier to Runway, and then create a pair of pants or a skirt from conception to completion, with the help of the instructor.

This is a beginner-friendly class, with intermediate to advanced techniques for ages 16+.
